The initial sessions are 30 minutes long and are aimed at moving your body through the acute healing phase while bringing your pain level down and decreasing inflammation and swelling.

The second set of sessions are 60 minutes long and are aimed to increase range of motion and further move any remaining fluid.

During the last stage of your healing journey we will mobilize scar tissue formation and begin fine tuning any body contouring that you may desire. This will include a combination of myofascial techniques and our body contouring machine.

When should you NOT do ultrasound cavitation?
This treatment can NOT be performed on anyone who:

• is pregnant or lactating
• has an infectious disease
• has uncontrolled high cholesterol or high blood pressure
• has thyroid disease
• has immune disorders
• has heart disease
• has a pacemaker or IUD
• has an autoimmune disease
• has cancer or is actively undergoing cancer treatment
• has liver or kidney disease
• is epileptic

What frequency destroys fat cells?

Fat cells require a frequency between 37 and 42 kHz. When the fat cell implodes, fat is released into the body's interstitial fluid and can then make its way into the lymphatic system.

How do you get the best results after cavitation?

Maintaining a low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat, and low sugar diet for 24 hours pre-treatment and three days post treatment will achieve the best results. This is to ensure your body utilizes the triglycerides (a type of body fat) released by the fat cavitation process.

Should I wear a waist trainer after cavitation?

Clients do not need to wear any type of compression garments after treatment.

Is RF (radio frequency) harmful to the skin?

No. RF is a non-surgical treatment that stimulates the regeneration of collagen at the deepest level of the epidermis (skin). As with massage, local redness and heat are normal conditions of accelerated blood circulation.

Is it better to workout before or after cavitation?

A minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio exercise is recommended post treatment. This is best to be done immediately after treatment, and for three days following treatment. This is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off

How often can you receive cavitation treatments?

At Least three days must pass in between sessions. For most clients, we recommend a minimum of 6-10 cavitation treatments for best results.

Can you have too much cavitation?

Following treatment, the body has to work to remove the excess fat that is now passing through the lymphatic system to the liver. For this reason, treating multiple areas of the body is not advisable and may not be effective.

How much water should I drink after a cavitation treatment?

To ensure that your body responds well to ultrasound fat cavitation, drink a minimum of 6 cups of water before and immediately after your treatment. Stagger 2 liters intake of water over 24 hours, for three days post treatment.

Why avoid caffeine and alcohol before/after cavitation treatment?

Caffeine will dehydrate you and decrease your results. Refrain from caffeine the day before and the day of treatment. Alcohol turns into fat and will work against this treatment and will lessen your results

How many sessions are required to see results?

Generally, most clients see results within 3 treatments. However, between 8-12 treatments are needed to see optimum results. The exact number of treatments needed will vary due to factors such as age, weight, and the area being treated. Results of this treatment are permanent as long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise.
